Return Policy

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt in case it is proven that the product has been delivered defective due to the fault of the store.

The products are covered by the time warranties given by their manufacturer only.

In addition, in all cases, the product to be replaced/repaired must necessarily be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied the product at the time of purchase (e.g. invoice or proof of purchase). In case you want to return/replace a product you will be charged with the cost of return/shipping it.

If the product shows a manufacturing defect, we replace it immediately and according to its availability and without any 

without any charge. In case we sent you the wrong item, we send you the correct one and we will bear all shipping costs, old and new. To send the correct product, it is mandatory that the shipment and receipt of the defective one must be completed.

To avoid inconvenience, you should check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products and their packaging in order to detect obvious defects (e.g. broken product, wrong product, etc.).

There is a possibility of refund after cancellation of a completed order in our e-shop, always after consultation with our company, within 24 hours of payment and order order and only for products that do not involve special orders.

In cases where the order has been delivered and the customer changes his/her mind, the products can be returned (shipping costs are borne by the customer) and a credit note can be issued for the purchase of other products. No refunds will be made. The basic requirement is that the product must not have been used and must be in its packaging.
